Prior to my becoming a Real Estate sales agent, I was a full time Bed & Breakfast Innkeeper. I continue to be involved in the industry in my capacity as Association Manager of The Bed & Breakfast Inns of Utah, Inc.  As such, I am in touch with the owner/innkeepers of numerous Utah Inns and B & B's and am often able to glean information about  B & B/Inns that are, or may be, available for sale.  

Some of the B & B's currently available are urban inns; others are "in the country" or near one of Utah's National Parks or Monuments.   All have established clientele, and are generally sold turn-key, with FFE (furnishings, fixtures, and equipment) included.  Prices range to just under $3 M. 

In addition, through my affiliation with the Professional Association of Innkeepers International (PAII), I am also in contact with Real Estate professionals throughout the country who specialize in Bed and Breakfast and Inn sales.
